General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. We only collect personal data (e.g., name, phone number, email address) if you voluntarily provide it to us, for example when contacting us.

Server Log Files

When visiting our website, data is automatically stored in so-called server log files by the provider. These include:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Accessed page
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from our legitimate interest in ensuring smooth operation and improving our services.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Technically necessary cookies: Required for the website to function properly (e.g., navigation, language settings).
  • Marketing cookies (Google Ads): Show us whether a visit came about via one of our ads and led to an appointment request. Details in the section “Google Ads Conversion Tracking”.

Processing of technically necessary cookies is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Marketing cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG).

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We advertise on Google. To find out which ads lead to appointment requests, we use Google Ads conversion tracking with your consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

The Google tag is only loaded once you agree to the category “Marketing: Google Ads” in the cookie banner. Until then, your browser does not connect to Google for Google Ads.

If you reach our website via one of our ads, the address contains a click identifier from Google (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). With your consent, Google stores this identifier in a cookie in your browser. If you then request an appointment, the Google tag reports the request to Google as a conversion. In particular, your IP address, the click identifier, the time, the page visited and information about your browser and device are transmitted. We do not transmit the content of your appointment request, i.e. your name, email address, phone number and message, to Google. We do not use this for personalised advertising (remarketing).

Google sets the following cookies for this purpose:

CookiePurposeDuration
_gcl_aulinks visits and conversions90 days
_gcl_awstores the click identifier gclid90 days
_gcl_agstores the click identifier gbraid90 days
_gcl_gbstores the click identifier wbraid90 days

If you have consented and came to us via an ad, we store the click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) together with your appointment request in our appointment system. This allows us to see which ad led to a request. The identifier is deleted together with the appointment request twelve months after the requested appointment date.

Google may also transfer the data to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is therefore covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR; for storing and reading cookies § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. After you withdraw it, we delete the cookies listed above in your browser and no longer load the Google tag. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Google Maps

On our contact page and on our “Our Store” page we embed maps from the Google Maps service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is loaded when you open the page. In doing so, your browser transmits data such as your IP address to Google. A transfer to servers of Google LLC in the USA is possible. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The map shows where to find us and makes it easier to plan your visit. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google reCAPTCHA
